Not sure what to say?

I miss you so much daddy and Wish you were still here, Im doing good in school and getting good grades and im not giving up on school and Im trying so hard not to cry because i miss you so much and i just want you to come home and I wish this was a dream i could wake up to and see you sitting in the chair, But its not a dream and I dont know why god took so soon when i needed you in my life and Mom needs you to but i guess god said it was time to go when it wasnt I Love you so much daddy...

You know? I could give the usual condolences. But this really sucks. Even though death is a part of life, it sometimes sneaks up and grabs a person who is going to be sorely missed by his wife, daughters, and community. Yes it is not fair and very difficult to accept. What helps is time. Acute pain gives way to tearful memories of the man he was. So I feel for you, Gera, and the girls. that pain cannot be cured by any medicine. Only time. It is ok to feel selfish thinking you were screwed....

Going To Miss You Pops.. You Will Be Forever Missed... Fly High

Sorry to here about your loss. We will be praying for your family.

Sorry to see "Mo" go so suddenly...and yet grateful that he didn't have to suffer long either. John & I, as other neighbors are willing to help you Gera, Molly... and of course - Bella... out wherever we can. Although we never knew him as Pat - he was just "Mo" to us...our first impression was when he'd snow blow all the way down the sidewalk from his house to our corner (even though he hated the cold...he would say how he'd rather be hot than cold any day!)Our last conversation with him was...

Gera and girls... We are so very sorry to hear of your loss. I can remember Pat being around since I was a young kid... My brothers and I called him uncle Pat. More recently I enjoyed hanging out with him and my dad at the Father's Day golf outing. He was a great athlete and a great guy. Our sincerest condolences and Prayers.
