John 9:4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh when no man can work. PATRICK CHARLES MURPHY departed this life July 30, 2006. Patrick, a child that clinged to his mother's leg attended private and public schools in the Houston and Humble area. Patrick was a member of Greater True Vine Baptist Church where he was an original member of the Fearless for Christ Drill Team, for which he so loved. Permanently etched in our hearts, Patrick leaves to forever hold his memories are: his (mother) Kathy Ballard-Blueford, (sister) Alondria Blueford, (father) Bruce Murphy, (brother) Joseph Murphy, Emmanuel & Laura Blueford, (grandmothers) Esther Jean Sheffield-Ballard, Ruth Murphy and Elizabeth Johnson, uncles and aunts: Edward. Dwight, Ronnie, William "Keith" (Teoka), and Joseph (Ora) Ballard, Karen Sheffield, Lisa Ballard-Foley (Bernard), Tami Ballard, Bobby Johnson ( Debra), and Lester Murphy. Visitation Sat. 9-11am. Funeral 11am. Services will be held at Greater True Vine Baptist Church 3010 Fontinot St. Interment Cemetery Beautiful

I went to school with Patrick and though I really didn't know him his death touched me because I had lost a family member a few days before him from the same cause. My prayers and thoughts go out to him and especially his family.
