My husband worked under Pats direction while at the City of Richmond. Pat was a fine man and a wonderful teacher of the electrical codes. Pat was missed after his retirement from the city and my husband, Emil, enjoyed learning the National Electrical Code through his teaching. Our condolences to his family and may Gods grace be with you and bring you comfort in the days ahead.

My condolences to Bonnie and Family. It is with great sadness that hear about the passing of my co-worker Pat Murphy. He gave a lot to the citizens of Richmond Virginia and to helping make the electrical outlook in the City of Richmond a much safer environment.
