Not sure what to say?

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Neff family in this time of sorrow. Pat was a good friend and he was really there for our family when my brother Ron passed away 3 years ago. I will always cherrish the fond memories that I have of Pat. We faught many fires together with the "Washies", participated in many firemans parades (pulling the old hose cart), and played in lots of great softball games. Pat was a valuable teammate on the "Northside Cougars" sandlot football team (tackle/no...

Written by Pat's neice..A dearest sympathy to my family. Uncle Joe Pa was a great guy that always made you laugh when he was in your presents. I remember the times when him and my dad would come to New York and pick me up from my mom’s. Uncle Joe Pa would always treat me like his own daughter. Uncle Joe Pa will be deeply missed. I give my love to the family.
Love Always,
Sammy

My deepest condolences to the entire family. Pat was a great guy and will be missed by all.

The twinkle in your eye and contagious laugh will be sorely missed. My heartfelt condolences are extended to all the family. 'Hooterville' suffered a great loss with Pat's passing.

To all of you: Mom, Dad, Gary, Shirley, Vicki, Kim, Carol, Michelle, Rose, Sharon, Sue, and all Pat’s friends and family that might be reading this: God Bless each of you and may His comfort cover you at this terrible time.
Pat was a very special person that touched many lives. Over the years, Pat made me laugh so many times. I will never forget how I looked forward to him crossing the creek in the boat. One year the boat had a hole in it, but each year somebody would fall out. I have...

To the whole Neff Family:

Pappy, Grammy, Mom, Aunt Shirley,Aunt Kim,Uncle Gary, Beth, Carol& Michelle. The best family anyone could ever have.I love all of you. My deepest sympothy to all of you. Unkie(Mr.Groomy)was fun, loving and had a great sense of humor. I will miss him dearly.

I'm very sorry to the entire Neff family for the loss of Pat.I was an early buddy of Pat's in Highland Estates and my brother Keith of Gary's. Pat was so much fun and a leader of the gang when we played neighborhood sports. Knowing now that we both became beloved fans of the Eagles just makes me think even more about him throwing passes to me as our quarterback and us crushing any opponent around. God Bless Pat and all.
