How we look up to you, Dear Cousin. Rest in peace in His Arms, but not too long; I know He'll be having you onto something exiting when we see you again; won't be too long now.

Pat was a classmate at St. Mary's high school, MT Clemens, MI. He was a person you never forget as he had a goodness about him shared with all. We have all been praying for Pat through this illness and will continue to keep the family in our prayers. So sorry for your loss, and thank God for our faith that assures us we will all be together one day. Julia Reichman Stark. Class of 57

My condolences to the Newkirk family. I worked with Pat many years ago at GM Truck & Bus. He gained the respect of all and I enjoyed working with him.

Pat was the fun, older cousin that the Scherer children loved to listen to. As far as I ever knew, Pat never had a bad day. A life well lived.

Pat was like another father to me. He taught his son, Mike, how to hunt, and in turn Mike (and Pat) taught me so much about hunting, a passion that we all shared. I'll always remember his kindness, sense of humor, good nature, and opened arms anytime I was around. He will be greatly missed.
