We are so very heartbroken to hear of Pattys passing - did not know he was sick as we moved out of the hood a few yrs back. Oh my, we just found out Pat passed away a few days ago. We used to live on Commercial Drive where of course we would have just stepped out the door and we would have known. Patrick Michael O'Sullivan was survived by his brothers Stan and Stephen and his sister Gloria. Pat's brother Barry died in his twenties and his mother, Marguerite, a few years ago. Pat's neices are Brandy and Marie. His nephews are Barry, John, and JR. Patrick had a stepdaughter named Jodi and her brother Johnny, Pat's son, was his pride and joy .
