Not sure what to say?

Miss you every day. Kind loving caring soul.

Still hear your voice every six months Pat, Rest In Peace.

I am so sorry to hear about Pat. I was a classmate of his in dental school and he always set the standard for excellence as well as being a friendly and enthusiastic person.

We are so saddened to hear of Dr. PAT'S Sudden passing. He has been my dentist for over 30 years and was my kids dentist. We also had the pleasure of knowing his family from our parish St.Alphonsus. Our kids went through school together. Our prayers and thoughts will be with you now and for months to come as you cope with your loss. God Bless You All. Fred and Michelle Wohlfert and family

To Jon, Pat’s wife, his kids, and the rest of the O’Brien family, I want to express my deepest sympathy. Pat was such an upbeat inspiration to everyone he met. He overcame challenges such as his run in with the school bus, and bounded back. He was a dentist all his patients loved and trusted. Even after moving out of the area, patients like me would drive back to Grand Rapids because we knew Pat and the entire O’Brien team would take good care of us. I have fond memories of Pat singing...

Just now opening the letter giving my husband and I the sad news about Pat. Jim and I hugged each other as we both loved Pat. He was a friend first, dentist second. I am warmed by the fact that he was hiking with Andy and doing what he loved best - engaging with nature. Our sympathies go to the wonderful O'Brien family.

Mike and family,

I just heard about your dad's passing and want to offer my condolences. I had a lot of great times with you and your family while we were at St. Alphonsus and am quite sad to know you are dealing with this loss at such a young age. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. My parents also offer their condolences.

Dr. Pat was a great dentist and a very nice guy. I will miss seeing him when I visit the dentist office. May fond memories replace your sadness.

My heart felt condolences to those who loved him.
