Patrick J. O'Malley

Patrick J. O’Malley age 51 of Peck died unexpectedly February 27, 2023.  He was born in Yale to Peter and Nancy O’Malley.  He graduated from Yale High School Class of 1991.  Patrick married Julie Doering on June 12, 1999.

Patrick was a excellent truck driver and had worked for Alexander Trucking for 15 years and before that hauled gravel for Weigand Transport driving gravel trains.  He recently retired as a volunteer fire fighter from the Elk Township Fire Department and also was a registered Emergency Medical Technician.  Pat loved to: go fishing, play his music loud and collect guns.    He was the grill master and  loved to barbeque.  Most of all he was a family guy and loved his wife, kids and mother-in-law Marie Doering.

He is survived by his wife, Julie O’Malley, two children a son Odin VanSyckle and companion London Sudduth, and a daughter Morgan O’Malley, a sister Kelly (Jim) Peltier, parents Peter and Nancy O’Malley, furry buddies Henry and Ember along with many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A visitation and viewing will be Thursday at the Carman Banquet Hall from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. with a luncheon to follow.
