Doctor O'Neil was my family doctor during his time in London. We would talk politics he was involved with the London West PC Association and naturally I was involved with London West liberal Association. I tried to get him to switch parties but he was an a adamant PC. It was sad to hear that he has passed away. I wished I stayed in contact with him after he had moved to Alabama but I moved away as well. My condolences to his family and friends.
