I first met Pat around 1980 @ Lafayette Ford. I was attempting to set up an account with his service dept. he told me that he wasn't interested because a few years prior my company had taken advantage of him & the best thing that I could do was not to call on him again. I took his advice & a few years later a customer asked me if I did business with Lafayette Ford. I told him my story. he said that I needed to see Pat away from the business.he told me that Pat loved to cookout & I should go...

Pat was a true Southern gentleman. He will be greatly missed.

I have known Pat since the 3rd grade and such a wonderful and kind person he was. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I will miss him terribly, he was a great friend and wrote me several beautiful letters about our long friendship when John passed away, let's just hope that Heaven can contain them both, what a pair they made!

Pat was my hero in the car world.... always a special friend

We would see Patrick 1-3 times a week in our store Blind Georges well over a year. He was always sooo pleasent to speak with. We always enjoyed his stories about his family that you tell he was so proud of. He was also a very generous man. I went one day to the local drug store to pick up my photography order which was rather spendy. It seems he saw the large canvas print in the photo dept. just minutes before I arrived.
