Chef Patrick was very important to RMHCS. I was blessed to know him. I am thankful to have worked six weeks packing meals in the kitchen at the beginning of COVID. I was able to experience his humor, his patience, and his humility. I will miss him. In this picture, I was joking with Chef. I said it was no wonder they all had such wonderful complections because of all of the steam. Chef Pat could only roll his eyes at me.
