Patrick Eugene Rooney

Great Uncle Pat has always been one of the kindest, most patient, and caring people in my life. He has been the calm in family storms and was always interested in what was going on in my life. I will miss chatting at my grandparents with him, but he will always be in my thoughts when I visit! He and my Aunt Joanne have been a lovely pair since I can remember. I will miss our family dinners down in Florida.

My heart goes out to all the family. Will keep you in my prayers.

My heart goes out to the Rooney family. I hope that the strength and support for each other that I've witnessed through Jeanne over the last several years, will sustain you all through this difficult time.

I remember when I first met Uncle Pat. Booming voice, bright & intelligent eyes and a big laugh. Even to a 10 year old, he was interested in what I had to say, what I had “been up to”, what was important to me. I will miss of chats, story sharing and dinners at my parent’s house and wish there had been more such events.

WHAT A DEAR MAN AND WHAT A GREAT FAMILY! MY SYMPATHY AND PRAYERS TO JOANNE AND THE CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN. I CANNOT COME TO THE CHURCH BUT I PLAN TO BE WITH YOU ALL STREAMING THE MASS.

I'm very sorry to see that your dad has passed away. Pat was always a gentleman in the time that we spent together at the landscaping company. I remember his love of campbell st. coffee cakes & his beautiful german shepherd heidi who he would sometimes come with him to the office. I will be praying for you and the entire rooney family.
