I was a patient of Dr. Rose while growing up in Dallas and loved all of his family photos and his quirky office with the goose lamp and a drawer full of lollipops. I am now married to a pediatrician so I have a deeper appreciation for all of the hard work and care Dr. Rose gave to his patients. So sorry for the family's loss.

In the early 1960's Dr. Rose was my pediatrician. I still remember with great affection his professionalism when I was 2-3 years old. Today when I drive by where the Moore Clinic was located, I often think of him as if it was yesterday I was in his office some 45 years ago. God bless you. I wish as an adult I could have thanked you.

My brother and I could not have had a better pediatrician growing up..shots and all. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Rose family. Rejoice, for Dr Rose is in heaven with the Lord

Dr. Rose looked at me with his understanding eyes while I asked him why the carpet in his office was dark red. I recall his response was “to let the blood stains blend in”. My young boy imagination took over as I visualized all sorts of appendages being repaired by Dr. Rose. His witty response gave me something to pass the time...

Dear Roses, We are so sorry to hear about the passing of your darling father. He was such a wonderful friend to our family, and always there for each of us in all the many, many times we would call on him ~ all hours of the day and night, for he was a fabulous doctor to each of us and even the next generation! Mom and Dad are having a grand reunion in heaven with him now :)
With love and prayers,
