Patrick was born on March 12, 1960 and passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018. Patrick was a resident of Illinois at the time of passing. A Funeral Mass will be Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 10 A.M. at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Msgr. Visitation will be Friday, June 15, 2018 from 5 to 7 P.M. at Wright & Salmon Mortuary, further visitation will be half hour prior to the mass on Saturday. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in West Peoria.
I met pat at osf on his first day of work. I helped him find the cafeteria. We became instant friends. Love that guy. Have to reread his obituary every now and then. Hope to see him in heaven

I am so sorry for you loss. Patrick was such a pleasure to work with. When he would make in rounds he always had a pleasant smile and greeting for everyone. He truly was an OSF hall of famer!!

Pat was an absolute dude. I enjoyed our near daily talks when he was working at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. After he retired, he continued to call me for chats and I appreciate those moments as well.
