I was shocked when i was told by Pat's brother,John, that he had passed 10 years ago. Yes,Pat was an accomplished guitarist as a teenager in our first rock group,Society of Sound (S.O.S.), in LaPorte,Indiana. He was a likeable guy and we both enjoyed playing on stage ,him and his Fender Strat and me with my Gibson bass guitar. I see by this picture that he really had not changed and still looked youthful. Hey dad, I finally graduated college. I'll be walking this Saturday and I know you will be smiling down as you have been every step of the way. It was two years ago this month you left and there are so many things I wish we could've experienced together if you were still here. I know you are always watching over us as family. You are the best dad a kid could ever have. Thank you for all your hard work, love, and caring. I love you and miss you.
Your son,
Will
