Read MoreI remember when you came to califorina and we all were at Pap and Grams house and we went swimming together and I was helping teach you how to walk you did so good. I remember later someone told me the doctors said he would never walk and boy were they wrong it just showed everyone how strong and wonderful you were. I love you and I will never forget you.

Pat, I was blessed to be able to know such a special young man. I will never forget you, being around you made me a better person. I enjoyed your wonderful smile it would brighten you my day. Patrick John what a joy you were. Thank you for 23 wonderful and fun years. You are such a special person with such a unique personality. You made us laugh all the time and you would always say, "Ya right". I know you are no longer in pain and you finally get to be with your Dad again.
