One of my fondest memories of "Positive Pat" was the day of the La Crosse City Vision Foundation´s Veterans´ Memorial dedication in Riverside Park. While I was setting up for our event, we realized we had no electricity for our podium for Don Weber to present. I reached out to Pat, and he was by my side within 10 minutes.
