WHAT SURPRISED ME WAS I KNEW 3 OF HIS SISTERS FROM ROY CARPENTER BEACH. TUEY ARE MAREEN,KAY AND EILLINE WITU A WHOLE TRIBE OF KIDS.I NEW MAREEN SHE HAD A brother IN EAST PROVIDENCE BUT I DIDNT KNO IT WAS JOE.AS soon AS school GOT FOR THR SUMMER MY family THE JOYCE'S AND JOES SISTERS FAMILIES WOULD STAY AT THE BEACH TIL labor day BUT ABOUT 3 OR 4...

My deepest condolences to the Toomey's. Mr. Toomey was a true gentlemen and will surely be missed. You are all in my thoughts thru this difficult time.
