Not sure what to say?

He was such a wonderful and deep caring soul; a joy to be around and had an innate way of making you feel welcome. RIP Patrick, you're in our family's thoughts

I didn't know Patrick that well but he was always smiling and always had a kind word to say. He will be sadly missed as he took pride in the building as he if it was his. I was shocked to hear of him passing. RIP Patrick, my thoughts and prayers are with his family in this difficult time. Yvonne Gray

We used to live at 625 Kipps Lane on the 11 th Floor for 3.5 years. We always enjoyed talking and laughing with Patrick. He never seemed to have a bad day. Always smiling, pleasant, helpful, kind, caring, and ready to lend a helping hand. Even told us when we moved to our house he would look out for our dad as he still lived in the building. We still saw Pat on many occasions picking our dad up from the building. We were greatly saddened by the news we just heard today. Truly Pat will be...

We live in the building and we found him to be an amazing, loving, caring kind man. He always said nice words and always was a hardworker. He always encouraged us in our daily going and coming.
We will NEVER forget him and we pray his soul rest in the arms of God.
