Patsy Yvonne Billingsley, 82, of Camden, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 12, 2020.   She was born December 25, 1937, to William Earl and Mary Verna Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arlis (Junior) Bernard Billingsley; son, Ricky Billingsley; great-grandson, Caleb Gates; brothers, Hercell, Freeman and Bob Smith; and sister, Myrble Harbour.


Pat is survived by daughter, Cathy Manhart and husband, Jerry; sons, David Billingsley and wife, Lisa and Gary Billingsley all of Camden, AR; sisters, Mildred Holloway of Smackover and Frances Lamkin and husband, Raymond of Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Tina and Phillip Gates; Scott Billingsley, Kim and Matt Fay, Laci and Kevin Dalton, Rachel Billingsley, Trevor Billingsley and fiancée, Mariah Hawkins, Jeremy Billingsley, Amanda Jennings; and Dwain and Jody McCann; and fifteen great-grandchildren.


She retired from General Dynamics after 20 years of service. She was a member of Bethel Pentecostal Church. She loved fishing, camping, playing bingo and getting together with her family.


In honor of her life, a graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, April 16, 2020, at Bluff City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:30 am until service time.   Jackie Billingsley and Cindy Billingsley will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Scott Billingsley, Trevor Billingsley, Jeremy Billingsley, Matt Fay, Phillip Gates, and Ricky Garner.
