Not sure what to say?

Uncle John lived life to the fullest. We looked up to you as a husband, Father, grandfather, uncle, and proud distinguish Tuskeegee Airmen. With such a quiet spirit your presence was enormous. You were a well respected compassionate caring person. I thank God for choosing you to be our uncle. You left a roadmap for us to live by. Your legacy will live forever. We love you.

Our prayers for our family in celebration of a life well lived.

Michael, Charlene & Kyndra...

Mr. Flanagan will be greatly missed, My prayers are with you and your family!

Mr. Flanagan was always an Officer and a Gentlemen with a smile. He truly never met a stranger. I met him back in the 1980's at Berea Baptist Church with Tommy and Theresa Thompson, then again with Capt. Claude Platte. Last but not lease, I attended the Tuskegee Airmen Convention held at the Gaylord, August 2007 and heard him speak more than any other time. I miss his stories, but will never forget him. Madeline

In loving memory of a wonderful man, I'm so glad we were able to spend time with you. We will love you and miss you always, Terri and William Tatum
