Dear Family, I am Jeweline Norman, Patsy's cousin. My dad, Sherrill Rupard was Patsy's uncle (Dottie's brother) I knew Patsy when we were children and we played together.
I have always thought she was my most beautiful cousin and have some pictures of her. I know you (the family) must be wonderful because you had a wonderful mother. I know she is in God's loving care and has many rewards. May God be with you and comfort you in your grief. The Rupard family sends their love to you.
