Patsy Sue Cuel

Patsy Sue Cuel, born on July 23, 1946 in Jellico, Tennessee, to the late Lillie Carroll Ivey and the late Horace Ivey, passed away at age 72 on May 28, 2019 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Patsy was the beloved wife of Jack Cuel. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shelia Cuel; and brothers, J.S. Ivey and George Ivey. Patsy is survived by her sons, Bryan Cuel, Joe Cuel, and Tim Cuel; daughter, Vonda Swafford; sister, Shirley Violet; and niece, Clara Perkins.
