Great Ga. Player/ Great Coach
Outstanding MAN

My dearest condolences to the Dye family members for their loss of a great great man! My father, Al Dye, being a very distance cousin spoke of Pat Dye; both he and my dad left this world too soon in 2020. May your heart be the strength and resilience of Pat.

I just found out about Patsy's death yesterday, when Janae Black stopped by to visit. She received a call from James Bartlett several days ago before she came to Utah to visit family. I am so sorry to hear about your mom, Kathy. She was such a dear lady and I enjoyed our visits, movies and lunches when I lived there. Prayers of comfort to your family. We were so glad when Auburn beat Alabama in 1982. We were newlyweds and so happy.

Our son enrolled at Auburn after high school graduation in 1989. That was our first experience seeing a real college football game. It was awesome! We grew to be huge fans of Auburn and especially Coach Pat Dye. He was an awesome coach and we will miss him. War Eagle to you always Coach Dye.

Auburn Fans,
Ken, Pat and Jeff Hoppe
