Dec. 9, 1924 Aug. 31, 2006 Patsy Walsh Foote of Huntsville died Aug. 31, 2006. Patsy made lifelong friends everywhere she went. She will be buried in Arlington Cemetery with her husband, Phil. The Settegast-Kopf Funeral Directors in Sugar Land, Texas will be handling the arrangements.
