Our sincerest prayers and condolences to the Defilippi family. Jim was such a humorous friend and co-worker at KCA. He will be missed.

I was surprised to hear of Jim's passing, I worked with Jim at Kappes Cassiday back in the early eighties(84-86). My condolences to all family and freinds. We worked together on column leach tests and on the AA when Kappes Cassiday was located at the old Security Warehousing on Glendale Ave in Sparks.Jim was agreat guy, I hadn't seen him since I left Kappes Cassiday in early 1987.I am surprised and saddened to hear of his deathat such an early age.

My sincere condolences to the family. I will miss Jim and always hold dear my memories of our conversations, of him dancing with me at my youngest daughter's wedding reception, of him excitedly telling me his plans for his future with Lisa. He was a dear and caring man in so many ways to so many people. Words cannot express my sadness at his death. May fond memories of Jim bring you comfort.

Jimmy, I will miss you so very much. I will miss your smile and your wit, and your presence at all Defilippi family events. In Heaven you will share your joyful heart and one day I will see you and greet you there. You savored life and carried joy from the inside out. I will carry you with me and talk about you and laugh and cry, for you are only a thought away.
