Patsy Bernice Granado, age 76, was called home to be with our Lord, May 6, 2024. She was born November 1, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Domingo T. Granado, Jr., her parents Cecil and Eugenia Gamez, her grandson Pablo Amador Otero IV and her brother Cecil F. Gamez. She is survived by her children: Domingo T. Granado III and wife Laura Granado, Michael Granado and wife Nancy Granado, Patrick Granado and wife Arlene Granado, and Deborah Otero and husband Pablo Otero III. Patsy had 19 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. As well as numerous nieces and nephews. All of these she loved and touched deeply.
Patsy was born & raised in San Antonio, Texas. She was a loving and dedicated wife to Domingo T. Granado, Jr. for over 50 years. She was also a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Momo to all of her grandchildren, family friends and great grandchildren. She loved sharing her popcorn with any little one whom would came over to see her for a visit.
She had a beautiful and loving personality and always made people around her feel so welcome. Patsy made friends everywhere she went and they loved her as well. She always would say: “Do what’s right and do what’s good. Be kind and help others. The world can always use one more kind person.” Her life was a living example of her favorite Bible verse, Ephesians 4:32 — “And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.”
