Patsy was born on April 9, 1937 and passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017. Patsy was a resident of Wharton, Texas at the time of her passing. She was married to Dee. Remembrance and celebration of life will be held at First United Methodist Church New Braunfels on Wednesday January 25 at 11AM. A private burial will take place at Wharton City Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 11AM on Saturday January 28 at First United Methodist Church Wharton followed by lunch and a reception at the church. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Hope Hospice in New Braunfels or First United Methodist Church in Wharton.
There are those people who live life not realizing how much their own lives influence others. It was like that for me. I always admired and looked up to Patsy as Shelley, Mellisa, and Kimberly's mom. She was beautiful inside and out. She and Dee had a marriage to be admired. She was a mom to be admired. Her life was one I saw worthy of emulating. Such a great loss....
