Patsy Nelson

A lovely tribute to a remarkable and adventurous life. I miss you grandma.

Patsy was an amazing woman. She will always be a source of inspiration , adventurism, curiosity and positivity to me. I am honoured to have been able to spend the time with her that I did. I am so happy that my children will live on in her legacy.

Mom Nelson was the glue to the family. She worked so hard to make sure we are all comfortable when together. She was always composed elegant and above even showing disappointment, anger or frustration of any of us. She made everything seems effortless and beautiful.
I loved talking to Mom and will miss her SO much.
Im grateful to Allah that I was her daughter in law and can call her Mom. I will always remember dad and mom Nelson.

What a remarkable life Patsy had! I was saddened to hear of her passing but have been fondly reflecting on my memories of her and Cliff - especially at the Merrill reunions and later when they (and we) lived in the Washington, DC area. I will remember her warm hospitality, stimulating conversations, charming wit, scrumptious food ... and piles of well-read newspapers and books!
