Dear Sue and family,

Please know how saddened we are to hear of your Mother's passing. I only met her once, but that one meeting has stayed in my good memories at a time when we were all struggling to deal with Katrina. You're Mom was such a sweet person. I am so thankful that I have that recollection. And know that you too will have her in your hearts always.
