Patsy Smallwood Qualls

Patsy passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019. Patsy was a resident of Clinchport, Virginia at the time of passing. She was a graduate of Sullivan High School and was a retiree of Holston Defense Army Ammunition Plant. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in downtown Kingsport. Funeral services will begin at 7:00 pm in the chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Oak Hill Memorial Park. All those wishing to attend the burial are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 am.
