Died May 18, 2007 Patsy Ruth Westmoreland Rector, 72, of South Pittsburg, Tenn., died Friday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Rudder Funeral Home with burial at Saint Bonnie Venture Cemetery in Bridgeport.
