Patsy Rice Obituary
Patsy Watson Rice, 88, formerly of Monroe, VA, and most recently from Warrenton, VA, went home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2025. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10, at 12 p.m. at Whitten Monelison Chapel with visitation starting at 11 a.m. with Andy H. Rice Sr. officiating.
