Although Patsy was diminutive in size, she was a huge dynamo in action as director of docent programs for the three art museum in Fort Worth. While the job description had its built-in frustrations, Patsy never lost her cool, her wonderful sense of humor, or her professionalism with docents, professional staff or the public.
