Judge Stone married my husband and me in March of 1971. Clad in jeans and carrying a back pack, with our dog, Jason, who "attended" the wedding, we had hitchhiked from NJ to get married. Judge Stone took it all in stride, and was the most genuinely kind person I had ever met.

Patsy was a dear and faithful friend to my mother. They shared the kind of friendship that lasted their lifetimes. Every Christmas, long after I was grown and away, my mother always enjoyed a gorgeous poinsettia arrangement sent to her by her very treasured friend. They laughed and enjoyed the bond they shared through some good and very tough times.
