I never met Mrs. Willbanks, but am a close friend of her daughter, Tracy. I know how lovingly Tracy talked about her mom and I know that they were more than mother and daughter, they were best friends. I used to hear Tracy talking long distance to her mom and they would exchange long distance hugs that were very unique and very real. I know that she will be missed terribly by Tracy and the rest of the family. I offer my most heartfelt sympathies to the family.
