Not sure what to say?

She was my 4th and 5th grade teacher at Barnes Elementary (2001-2003) and was an amazing human that was the kind of teacher that made a child wish they were her student ever year. She was the only adult that didn't talk down to me for wanting to be a soldier, and it's what I did. Until we meet again and share chocolate covered cherries. Thank you Mrs. Letourneux.

I am so fortunate to have shared a little time on earth with Patty. She had a 1000 watt smile and the best sense of humor ever. Memories of the happiness she brought all who got to share a little time with her secures her place in heaven.

Rest in peace dear Patty. I met Patty through my friendship with J.J. many years ago and loved her beautiful, warm spirit immediately. My condolences to John and the kids.

You were a true friend as we raised our kids. Your love, kindness, and compassion were so beautifully accepted
It was an honor to know you and your family. Jerry and Sue Teeter.

I am blessed to have married the only woman that could survive, blossom and thrive over 50 years of marriage to me. Thank you Patty. You are my one and only.

Patty's smile and easy going way was such an easy entrance for all to her good sense of humor and her open loving heart. Walking through the halls of Barnes, Patty was one of those that greeted you as if you were the most special person. She was kind and funny....the person you think about and instantly smile recalling the loving energy and the feeling she left you with. May you rest in peace Patty. I am grateful to have known you. My heartfelt condolences to family and friends.

I was lucky to work with Patty at Barnes Elementary. She cared deeply for her students and held them to high standards. She was a great teacher and worked well with staff. I always felt welcome in her classroom. My condolences to her whole family.

I remember Patty fondly working at Barnes Ele. Always with a smile for everyone she met. One of many great teachers that came out of that school. Condolences to the family. Karrie Turpin
