Aulds Funeral Home - Archer City Obituary

Patty J. Mueller, age 85, of Wichita Falls, formerly for Archer City, passed away Thursday night, February 25, 2021 in a Wichita Falls hospital.


Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 1, 2021, in the Archer City Cemetery with Pastor Sean Reeves of St. Luke Lutheran Church of Olney, officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.


The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2021.at Aulds Funeral Home.


Patty was born December 29, 1935 in Humboldt, Kansas to the late Dan Charlie Hoffmeir and Gladys Janet Rew Hoffmeir.


She married Jack Mueller on December 18, 1954 in Odessa, Texas. He preceded her in death on March 1, 2014.


In 1964, she moved to Archer City where she was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of the American Legion Ira Jones Post # 198. Patty was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church of Olney. She enjoyed painting, and hosting parties at their home..


Survivors include three sons, Mike Mueller of Archer City, Mark Mueller and wife, Mary of Windthorst, and Jack Mueller and wife, Cathy of Lakeside City; two sisters, Olive Taylor of Independence, Kansas and Lou Heisler of Topeka, Kansas; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.


In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Archer City Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 198, Archer City, Texas 76351 or the Archer City Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 367, Archer City, Texas 76351.

So very sorry to learn of Pat's passing. She was always kind & friendly to me. I know you will all miss your dear mom & grandmother so much.
