Not sure what to say?

Paul and I were classmates at Central High School in Phoenix from 1960-1964.I thought he was a terrific guy-very bright and funny.I was happy that he had a successful career and a lovely family.I'm sure he cherished and loved you all very much. We missed him at our recent 40 year reunion. He left his mark in this world and I'm sure you are proud of all he did. God bless you all.I'm so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Susie Stiles Rhuart

I have fond memories of Paul from our old U of C days. My sympathies to his family.

I assisted Dr. Arnow in his on-line research on several health policy topics during his time at MSH. He was not only a diligent physician, and a natural-born teacher, but a complete perfectionist in his writing. His flaw, if any, was that he couldn't type, but that's what we were for...He will be missed.

I first met Paul some 42 years ago at the Phoenix Jewish Community Center. After all those years, we met two years ago to get "caught up" with each other's lives...just before Paul moved to Boston. Amazingly, we both had started out as English majors and both had gone on to medical school, and both had moved to Chicago. I was very saddened to learn Paul had passed on.

Dear Hilary and Saul,

Paul and I go back 30 years starting with the ID fellowship in Chicago and friendship ever since. I am so sorry that he is not with us any more. May he rest in peace. Please know that we share your sorrow but words cannot express it adequately.

Anand Panwalker.
