Dear Paul Arts Children,

Today, January 19th, would have been your Fathers 89th birthday. He liked people to remember his day . I remember he smiled and joked about that. I was your Father's first patient when he opened his office in Plainfield, NJ and I stayed with him in Watchung until the day he retired. He was my doctor. He was a good guy and a great doc! They don't make them like him anymore.

Dr. Arts was our doctor for many, many years until we retired and moved to Florida. He was the best and always told you like it was. I want to express my condolences to his family. Know that he will live on in each and every one of you forever. A great man, that's for sure!

He was the best doctor ever. Took care of me, my 2 sons, and father. No one can ever replace him. Rest in peace dear friend.
