my prayers and thoughts are with you! My mom had a restaurant on main street in niagara falls called little shirley's kountry kitchen and Paul would come in every morning and wanted his toast lightly toasted..he was a wonderful, gentle man..very kind,,loved to listen to his stories..much wisdom Mr. Balcom had,,may the angels take care of him as he took care of the ones he loved.........his family sincerely, Debbie LaClair(Pardee) and Little Shirley Pardee...........

We are all so sorry to hear about Uncle Paul. His love for the farm, his garden, 4th of July Chicken BBQ's, hunting and fishing will always be a happy memory for all of our family. We will miss him forever. But we will think of him often. The Tonaus Family.
