Not sure what to say?

We will always remember Paul as a wonderful neighbor on Jeffrey Lane. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with his family. Sincerely, Jim & Michele Bradley

I wish to extend my heartfelt sympathy to Paul's family, especially to Marilyn who worked for me for many, many years at the Motor Vehicle Department. I worked with Paul with my association at the State Data Center. He always was there with a smile on his face, even in times of grave concern. He always seemed to see the brighter side of an issue. He was always there to assist the "veterans" and to help groom the newly hired associates. He was always there with a helping hand. Paul, we will...

Dear Balko Family: On behalf of the entire Woodrow and Nancie (Hrywnak) Keisling family I am extending heartfelt sympathy to you in the loss of your dear brother Paul. We will all miss him. Paul was such a big encouragement to me over the past several months and I am now so thankful we had those many phone conversations. May the God of all comfort be with each of you at this time. Your cousin Ken.

I extend my deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Paul. I knew Paul for many years when I worked for him at the State of Connecicut Central Data Center in Hartford. I remember fondly many of his humerous stories concerning hunting and fishing, and the many trips he took with those activities in mind. Paul was a great guy and I will always remember him.
