Read MoreSo very sorry to hear about Paul's passing. Our families grew up together over sports and we spent many an evening at baseball and soccer games. He was also my doctor and he helped me through some very difficult times. Our prayers go out to Connie and the kids. He will be both remembered and missed in equal measure.

I was having a medical problem and phoned Paul at home at 6 AM! Immediately he told me what to do and by the end of the day I was feeling more like myself!
