Not sure what to say?

It´s been years but I think if Paul often. Paul was a brilliant mind. He was my mentor and taught me not only how to apply the law but how to love what the law is. I will always remember his smile, his love of Taco Bell and how much he loved his family. Thank you for making me a better lawyer.

I was a fellow colleague of Paul’s at SOPD. Always great memories working with him and learning from him. Reflected on his loss today in memory. Paul was a really good and decent person and missed. Sending best wishes to his friends and family.

On what would of been Paul's 48th birthday, we're missing him as much as ever. Not a day goes by without thinking of him. We're comforted by how his daughter Viola has grown into a wonderfully beautiful and intelligent young lady and Katie finding peace and love again with her delightful husband Kurt. Paul would be proud and happy.

I remember Paul. Probably always will.

Still missing you, Paul. Not a day goes by that we don't think of you.

There is not a day that goes by I do not miss Paul's sweet laugh, profound conversation, good counsel and partnership in life. I see these qualities in our Viola Maeve, truly, and am so very thankful for her. I see his crystal blue eyes in her crystal blue eyes, and then I know he is always near, protecting us the best he can. My forever love.

It has been over a year without Paul but not a day goes by when I am not reminded of him. I first met Paul when he was a law student at U of O and saw his career progress from law instructor to top-notch lawyer. I had the pleasure of attending Paul's wedding to his true love and best friend Katie. I wish I could tell him how much his friendship meant to me.

My dear, kind, fun friend Paul is missed by those closest to him everyday. We love you, Paul, and keep you in our hearts with your charming smile.

I worked with Paul at SOPD from 2001 until my departure from Oregon in 2004. I just learned today of his passing. Paul was always quick with a smile and a great source of advice to even a season attorney like myself. I enjoyed the many hours spent just talking with him. My thoughts and prayers to Katie and his daughter. He was a great individual. The world is a smaller place without him.
