PAUL ALDEN "HOOT" BIRKEL, 92, of Ironton, died Feb. 6 at The Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley. Graveside service will be 1 p.m. at Community Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at O'Keefe-Baker Funeral Home. Post 8850 will be performing military graveside services.
