I am sure that everyone knows the song "live like you are dying" by Tim McGraw. Paul Bothner embodied this spirit until the day he did die. So glad his journey brought him to Westfield and into all of our lives. We were all better for it.

So sorry to see Paul has passed. He knew my mom and took care of her, he was a good man and a good doctor. My mom thought he was great and that was all I wanted for her. He will be sadly missed.

Paul and I were classmates at Hamburg High School in Hamburg, New York graduating as the Class of 1957. I remember Paul as a warm friendly guy that we all felt lucky to know. He has lived a remarkable and amazing life and he left our world a much better place after living such an exemplar life. I feel lucky to have know him for such a small part of his early life. Rest in Peace Paul.
