ROSCOMMON — Paul M. Brigham, age 92, of Roscommon, originally of Buckley, died July 30, 2007.

Paul retired as the Forest Recreation Director for the DNR.

Survivors include two sons, Byron Paul (Nona) Brigham of Roscommon and David Paul Brigham of South Hadley, Mass.; granddaughters, Allison Marie, Carmen Maria, Sara Marie and Olivia Rose; grandsons, Joseph Paul, Edward Paul, James Paul and Aaron Paul; great-granddaughters, Samantha Hope and Elise Ann; and great-grandsons, Joshua Paul, Michael Paul, Matthew Paul and Noah Paul.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor L. (Clough); and his brother, Vernon Brigham.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church of the North, Roscommon. Burial services will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday at Grant Cemetery, Buckley.

I married into the Brigham family and my late wife Pauline (named after Uncle Paul) had only one uncle, and that was Paul. She felt that what she lacked in quantity, she more than made up for in quality. As a child she and her parents spent many memorable times with Uncle Paul, Aunt Eleanor, Byron, and David.
