We car pooled to H.S. together and I remember Paul joking around all the time. He was a great guy. My heart goes out to his family. Rest in Peace Paul.

Paul was one of the kindest and most fair-minded individuals I ever met. I was a manager in another agency, but I worked in the DHS office many years ago. My staff and me thought the world of Paul. Prayers and condolences to the family.
