I was saddened upon learning of the passing of Paul Carlin and extend my sympathies to his family and friends.
I worked for a period with Paul at U.S. Postal Service Headquarters when he headed the Employee and Labor Relations Department and until I became the Executive Assistant to his Predecessor, Postmaster General (PMG) Bill Bolger (Dec78 - May82),when I left USPS Hq to assume the duties of Sectional Center Manager/Postmaster of NoVA (Merrifield, VA) and Paul's tenure as PMG began. ...
