Marcia, From so long ago! Hello from Carolyn Charter in Costa Rica. It was good to hear from you, even though the circumstances are so very sad. Wish you had left a contact. Carolyn Charter I tried to submit a recent photo of Paul.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Paul's enthusiasm for life when we were children on Clinton Street.

Uncle Paul,
I miss you very much. You were like my second dad. I imagine you are a flying free eagle over the Vancouver Island mountain tops.
Love from your niece,
Kathryn

Paul
I will miss you. Your were a great fellow officer and companion while serving aboard the CCGS Quadra on our voyage to Senegal and during our intertropical convergence zone science program. May you find fair winds and smooth sailing in the heavens above.
Yours Aye

Paul was a true friend and will be missed by many, myself included. His was the best example of a life well lived. Sail on, calm seas and fair winds, my good friend.
